机床特点：
　　三轴精密"预压式"滚珠丝杠、“重压式”线形导轨，伺服电机驱动及日本原装1μm或5μm精密尺反馈控制；
　　三重安全检测：红外线防火检测，油温检测，自动灭火器设置.
　　采用特殊MOSFET放电加工回路，加工效率高，电极损耗小，加工表面粗糙均匀，光洁度高。
　　32位工业控制计算机，SPZ系列Z轴全自动或单段控制功能，最多十段不同电加工参数，共13个可编程控制参数，放电工加工参数手动设备或自动匹配。
　　SPK全数控机型有多达十八种放电加工轨迹，加工模式预览及实时加工路径显示，自动找正和自动回原点功能。

FEATURES:
　　The X.Y.Z.axes utilizes high precision ball screw. Guide by means of ball linear guide way. Servomotor driving with Japanese1μm or 5μm digital linear scale feed back.
　　Three kinds of safety protection design. Equipped with fire prevention system. Oil temperature monitor and automatic fire extinguisher.
　　Has an auto-detective electrical discharge circuit system to prevent carbon accumulation and electrode wear. Utilizes ultra vibration frequency circuit. Design for rapid fine finishing and prevent surface hardening and enable mold surface polishing.
